You will have the opportunity to develop your management skills in the largest automotive glass distribution center in Ontario. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in place and ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of the distribution component while controlling and respecting the deadlines, budget, resources and necessary material. You must also manage and plan projects and ensure their monitoring and implementation with the collaboration of the team. Also, you will have to participate in accomplishing the various tasks in warehouses, inventory management, human resources etc. Required skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team manager
- Be comfortable with the Windows environment
- Inventory management capacity
- Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team and share experience and knowledge
- Good judgment, integrity and professionalism
- Ability to drive a forklift with a valid competency card (an asset)

I had been retired for two years when someone suggested I work part-time as a PH delivery driver. I thought I would try it out, so I tentatively signed on. I’ve now been a delivery driver for four and a half years. Why? Because of the warm and friendly atmosphere and the strong sense of friendship that can be felt throughout the entire company. Unlike most jobs out there, the only stress we have is the stress we put on ourselves. I like what I do, and I feel appreciated and respected by management. Being semi-retired is perfect for me.
